NO BAIL for Aryan Khan in drugs case | SRK's son sent to NCB custody till October 7
Aryan Khan along with 7 others was arrestedby the NCB on Saturday night after the raid at a drug party. The star kid has been sent to NCB custodytill October 7. He was presented before the judge on Mondayafternoon as his one-day NCB custody ended today.
Aryan Khan is represented by senior advocateSatish Mansh shinde, who had previously argued in court that no incriminating material hasbeen recovered from him (Aryan Khan) and that there was no possession or evidence of consumption. However, the NCB lawyer mentioned that theaccused Aryan Khan had gone to the ship on invitation; he was present there among peoplewho've been apprehended with drugs. He further mentioned that there are chatsbetween Aryan and others about drugs. So, there must be a thorough investigationof all these things.
NCB had earlier sought custody for Aryan Khantill October 11. It said 'shocking incriminating material'was found on his phone. However, the court has granted NCB custodytill 7th October. The court maintained that “Investigation is of prime importance and it needs to be carried out. It benefits both accused and investigator” According to the latest update, Shreyas Nairhas been picked up by the NCB. He had allegedly supplied drugs to the starkidand his friend Arbaaz.
Nair could be arrested and produced in court today. His name was revealed in the mobile chatsof Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant. Meanwhile, rumours are rife that the NCB willpay a visit to SRK’s sprawling bungalow Mannat for further probe in the matter. However, the investigating agency has exclusivelyconfirmed to ETimes that no such thing is going to happen. Meanwhile, a report on India Today earlierstated that Aryan cried during the interrogation. The report claims that NCB official sourcesrevealed that the star kid broke down during the questioning and even reveal that he hadbeen consuming drugs for four years.
The NCB sources further said that even whenAryan Khan was in the UK, Dubai and other countries, he used to consume drugs. The cruise company in a statement on Sundaysaid it had nothing to do with this incident.
