Those three days are amazing experience of meditation,

Hear I share my little experience of meditation 



Day-1

At first day first session we all are together and sit in hall in from of Guru ji , 
Then 
Guru ji start tolking about meditate, 
Then. We are meditate it's call "inner circle meditation"
That was my first day of meditate and that way awesome.
And it. Really helpful for me at that time my mind way 100% relaxing and enjoy my self.

After meditate
We lunch that after some rest 
We all together and sit in chair then guruji teach some information and explain myths.
